Carol Sumner

Carol Sumner, Director of Adminstration

As the Director of Administration at RedRock Leadership, Carol manages the overall daily office operations, implements organizational strategies and policies and plans the use of training materials. Prior to joining the RedRock team, her organizational talents were utilized at JP Morgan Chase, Executive Ministries and the College of Business at the University of South Florida.

Carol is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. She was born and raised in Barbados and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the past 13 years.  She resides in Lutz with her husband and their three children- two daughters and her “furry child,” Riley.
