If after completing the entire workshop, you are not satisfied with the value of programming, then after returning all notes and course material, you may receive a full refund. This guarantee applies to tuition only, not to exceed the amount paid. Note: In order for this guarantee to be valid, ownership or executive level management must attend the training.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a workshop that you have already paid for, then you will receive full credit toward any future workshop within 12 months of initial registration.

You may log in to this account when you wish to make on line purchase products from our online store.

If you do not have an account registered with us, you will be given the option to register an account or complete the purchase without registering an account. If you wish to complete the purchase without registering an account, you will be asked to provide the following information:

How do we use and store the information you provide to us when you request information, register an account, and/or order online?

We will maintain your information in a secure database. We do not use the information in the database for any purposes other than facilitating your future orders, or to permit us to notify you of products, services, workshops, and features offered by RedRock Leadership.

We do not store your credit card numbers or expiry dates in our database. Consequently, each time you choose to purchase an item, your name and shipping address will be pulled from the database, but you will have to re-enter your credit card information to complete the order.

What information do we collect from you when you apply for a workshop?

To become a participant in a RedRock Leadership program, we ask that you complete an application form and provide us with the following information:

•Business phone and fax numbers
•Home phone number (for emergency use only)
•Description of your business
•List of professional/trade associations to which you belong, if any
•Information regarding: Credit card information

Your contact information allows us to keep in contact with you regarding your progress through the workshops, as well as permits us to notify you of relevant new products, services, and features offered by RedRock Leadership.

Our policy regarding the disclosure of personal information

In very limited and exceptional circumstances, privacy law permits the use or disclosure of personal information without an individual’s consent. For example, consent is not required if personal information is used or disclosed in an emergency that threatens an individual’s life, health, or security. In such cases, we may have to use or disclose your personal information without your consent.

When you participate in a RedRock Leadership program, your professional and/or personal contact information (e.g., your name, address, email address, and telephone number) will be given to other participants in your workshop, with your consent, through the distribution of a “Roster” posted on our client site. This site is only accessible to current clients and the Roster will only be visible to participants in your specific workshop series.

Retention period of personal information

We retain personal information collected from you during the application process as long as you are a client of RedRock Leadership and for a period of seven years thereafter.

We retain this information for the following reasons:

To inform you about new products, services, and features offered by RedRock Leadership;
To be better able to chart your progress through the workshops;
To determine if a new client has been referred by a former or current client; and finally
To facilitate your re-registration into a program. We know from experience that former clients often seek to re-register for programs either within several months, or even several years, after leaving a program.

Safeguarding data

RedRock Leadership takes all feasible and reasonable precautions to protect the personal information that we collect from you. Every staff member must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement wherein he/she agrees not to improperly use and/or disclose any personal information about clients or other individuals who have contacted with RedRock Leadership. Also, your personal information is retained in a secure database, which is only accessible by password and is protected by the use of firewalls.
