Stephanie Franciose-Osceola

Stephanie has worked in the staffing and executive search industry for over 15 years and has worked for a combination of highly established firms and start-up organizations. Throughout her career, Stephanie has assisted with building revenues within existing departments and has played a major role in starting new departments within the areas of Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Stephanie has been acknowledged for assisting in establishing one of the top producing offices, exceeding sales, and was awarded a member of the 200% Club. A key contributor throughout her career, Stephanie has proven to be an instrumental part of the success of several regional and national search firms. After 12 years in the staffing industry, Stephanie changed paths and accepted a position as Corporate Recruiting Manager for Vertis Communications so that she could gain experience within a corporate environment and to better enhance her management skills.

Stephanie's philosophy is based on building relationships and growing her relationships by making “contacts” for life. Her life experiences have made her a stronger and more compassionate recruiter and consultant. Stephanie’s clients would describe her as hard working, loyal, ambitious, and professional.
