“Know Thyself” –Socrates was right. The belief that the first step in unraveling any challenge in any relationship is to understand one’s self. Once the skill of personal awareness is fully actived, appreciation for others and the abiity to work together becomes a reality.

After completing a 30-minute survey, participants will receive a detailed report on their behavioral style and the motivational factors that move them to action. From this report, they will gain a better understanding of themselves and others, as well as the value and unique blend of their strengths they bring to their team. Additionally, they will gain insite on the how and why of different communication styles of those they are in contact with daily. This level of knowledge will prevent feelings of defeat and offer opportunities for influencing others. 

Influencing others is the capacity to adapt to differing behavior styles and clearly communicate so that others receive, understand and implement a message. When positive relationships are established teams experience long-term positive results of collaboration and synergy.

You will learn to:
  • Decode those around you.
  • Become a student of non-verbal communication and tonality.
  • Adapt your behavior style to meet the behavior styles of others.
  • Build positive relationships with those considered to be your adversaries.
