I love working with people who are excited to find their way, make their mark, and who have a ton of energy overall. That’s exactly what I found in Mike Jones. Mike started working with me a little over a month ago, and he’s the guest star on the RedRock Leadership podcast. I believe you will really enjoy Mike’s perspective of our training.

Before we get started, here’s a little bit of background.  Mike’s at the front end of his career and he’s a real go-getter. He’s currently the Operations Manager for BryCoat, a metallurgical coatings company headquartered in Oldsmar, Florida. He’s also a real estate investor and CEO of Property Kings, a real estate lead generation service.

Mike’s the type of guy who’s always looking to push things forward. However, what’s most important to Mike is that he finds ways to touch more lives, help more people, and to know that he’s giving 110% every day. That’s why he’s submerged himself in our leadership training.
